This page presents historical charts and data tracking residential real estate inventory across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
The information includes:
*Average active freehold listings in Durham, Halton, Peel, York and the City of Toronto
*Toronto 416 condominium inventory
*Adlivs – Average Daily Listing Inventory Versus Sales
*Toronto 416 rental inventory
*The percentage of rental listings available below $2000 and between $2001 and $2500 per month
*The percentage of freehold and Toronto condominium sales reported as sold conditionally
*ADLIVS vs TRREB GTA sales volume
The charts are based on inventory collected from MLS between approximately 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM each reporting day. Active listing figures reflect two-week reporting periods, while ADLIVS uses four-week periods to compare average daily listing inventory with sales activity.
Together, these measurements provide a broader view of changing market conditions, including the balance between supply and demand, rental affordability, seasonal trends, and relative market strength.
